SHEEHY AUTO STORES SHEEHY HAS HEART SALES EVENT TO BENEFIT THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
Community-Wide Effort Runs May 1st – May 31st with Outreach, Virtual Events & More!
Sheehy Auto Stores is proud to announce the Sheehy Has Heart Sales Event running throughout the month of May. This is a community-wide initiative in which all 27 Sheehy Dealerships sell cars while raising awareness and money to benefit the American Heart Association.
“For more than a decade, our collaboration with the American Heart Association has allowed us to support a worthy cause while reinforcing the importance of maintaining heart health,” said Vince Sheehy, President of Sheehy Auto Stores. “The American Heart Association plays such a vital role in fostering cardiovascular well-being and resilience among the communities we serve.”
Last year, we raised more than $341,000 for the charity. To date, Sheehy’s fundraising efforts have raised more than $40 million for community and non-profit organizations, and over $2.6 million raised for the American Heart Association. We thank you for your continued support in helping us exceed our expectations!
Each of our Sheehy dealerships throughout Washington, DC, Richmond, VA, Hagerstown and Baltimore, MD will lead various initiatives in support of the Sheehy Has Heart Sales Event to include virtual events to engage the community with ways to stay heart healthy.

Our goal is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke for all Americans. We are constantly working hard to reduce the number of people dying from cardiovascular diseases and strokes. We do this by advocating to place AEDs in public places like airports and malls, researching to find the next medical breakthrough in regards to heart health, helping hospitals implement different processes to improve stroke and cardiac patient outcomes and establishing CRP guidelines and training people of all ages to be able to save lives. We are also reducing the high amounts of bad calories children are consuming at school and celebrating the many babies that are saved by the mandatory pulse oximetry screening that they receive before leaving the hospital. We are thrilled to be working with Sheehy Auto Stores for the Sheehy Has Heart Sales Event.
